By the time an issue has gotten to the point of a lawsuit, there is not much that a lawyer can do other than defend based on the facts and evidence as they are. This presentation is designed to show attendees how their decisions impact and affect employment lawsuits. By learning this, attendees can make better decisions. This presentation will also provide tips, advice and information about lawsuits so that any HR professional that finds himself or herself in litigation can be prepared.
