Description

Human Resources professionals deal with an unlimited number of issues in the workplace and they have to be aware of many laws affecting many different aspects of the employment relationship.  This overview presentation goes through the life span of an employee from application/interview through job separation and outlines the laws and regulations applicable at each stage.
